Buckets washed, vases in a row I’m back in production for Weddings 2024.

My Wedding season started just after Easter with the most glorious floral brief from Laura. We’ve known one another or a little while, so I’m grateful for her trust as I have given a few colour references and more of a description of a ‘feel’ for her flowers rather than a pre-pared image.

Laura and Tom got married in Winchester, surrounded by their closest friends and family, and the photographs I have seen from the day are completely dreamy.

This relaxed, seasonal vibe was reflected one hundred percent reflected in her bouquet, and subsequently the buttonholes and corsages for the rest of the wedding party. Flecks of blue from Forget me nots, pale Muscari popped against an apricot, cream Ranunculous Tulips and Blossom branches.

The best part of the flowers were sourced from one of my favourite flower growers in the Meon Valley and topped up with a few stems of imported sweet peas and delicate Hellebore. Ribbons were hand-dyed by me a little while back. The result was a little bit magic.

If you haven’t seen this bouquet in action, you can find a close-up video over on my Instagram page. I’m so excited to share a more details about flowers through 2024, and you’re the first to know here, the Podcast is back in production too. Watch this space!
